About me...

I believe that even though we are often hurt through relationships, we can also receive healing through relationships. I desire for people to experience the healing power of being vulnerable and real with God and one another (to know and be known). I seek to make my counseling room a safe and inviting place for clients to be able to work through whatever issues they are facing or to acquire the growth they desire in all areas of their health: mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual. One of my passions in counseling is helping men and their marriages to pursue freedom and healing from sex addiction and infidelity while equipping them to compassionately understand the impact of Betrayal Trauma on their spouses. I am also passionate about helping people recover from traumatic experiences, attachment wounds, toxic shame, and pervasive anxiety with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) along with Emotion Regulation and Mindfulness skills.

I’ve been married to my wonderful wife, Danielle, since 2016. I am originally from Melbourne, FL then moved to New Orleans, LA for graduate school which is where God brought Danielle and I together. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, laughing, learning about all kinds of random things, drinking coffee, relaxing outdoors, nerding out on Star Wars and The Office, and playing with our two cats, Mittens and Pepper.
